October 22, 2011 – Founder’s Day Event

BUILD-A-BEAR – Philanthropy and Lunch with Iota Xi and Omicron Omicron

11:00 a.m. at The St. Louis Galleria

Meet at the Build-A-Bear Workshop. We will be purchasing bears for the Delta Zeta Philanthropy Project.  Bears range from $10 – $15, clothing, accessories, and sounds range from $3 – $16.  They also have a new Bear Hearing Aide accessory! Everyone can choose how  much to spend and we will donate the finished bears. If you don’t feel like you can donate an entire bear, you may share the cost with others.

Starkey/Build-A-Bear Project
Delta Zeta alumnae and collegiate members can help us provide bears with hearing aid attachments from Build-A-Bear so that children at an upcoming hearing mission can have a ‘furry friend just like them’.

Delta Zeta also supports The Starkey Hearing Foundation through fundraising efforts and our members who volunteer at various Starkey Hearing Mission events.    http://starkeyhearingfoundation.org/.
